ICC drops one Kenyan case yet again

The International Criminal Court has once again withdrawn a case that was filed six years ago following the 2007 post election violence.

The prosecutor,  Fatou Bensouda had earlier postponed the Uhuru’s case in order to gather more evidence. However, despite stating that the govt refused to work with her,  she was requested to withdraw the case.

Its indeed great relief to the president who has been an ICC inductee. The court however remains with case against Deputy President, William Ruto and Radio presenter,  Joshua Arap Sang.
