The International Criminal Court prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda has declared, “Not yet Uhuru” for Kenya. In her words, despite withdrawing the case against President Uhuru, she still instills hope on Post election violence victims that the case ain’t done.
Fatou Bensouda has held that she is still gathering more evidence on the victims of the violence and still may summon other people including president Uhuru. The prosecutor, has assured kenyans that she will look into the case and prosecute those held liable for the violence.
In relation to president Uhuru’s case, the prosecutor has said that she will still visit the case, acquire more evidence and present it to the court. She has called on anyone with more information, to present him or herself to the court.
